with Christmas quickly approaching, I've had stuff swirling around in my head and figured now is as good a time as any to try to get it down. you may or may not like it and that's ok. I honestly don't like a lot of stuff I see, so I get it. the difference here is that I'll never lie to you with the intention of sending you to hell with what I tell you. I love everyone enough to tell them truth, even if it hurts and especially if it hurts. because we need to know the hard truth and not what the devil wants us to believe. he has been a liar from the beginning. remember how he enticed Eve and lied to her in the Garden of Eden. well, the devil is still doing that today.
so what is Christmas all about? it's about the birth of our Lord and Savior!!!!!! that's it!!! it's not about santa kneeling at the cross. it's not about a Christmas tree. it's not about rudolph. or any of the other thousands of shows that try to make it about worldy things. it's certainly not about going into debt for the following year just to get stuff that will end up filling the land fills arcoss the world, and never getting the stuff paid for. it's not really even about family gatherings, although that is a wonderful thing to do.
Christmas is all about the birth of our Lord and Savior. Christmas is ALL about our SALVATION. that's it. grace alone, thru faith alone, in Christ alone. nothing more, nothing less and nothing else. that's it. salvation is the saving of our souls from hell, based on the fact that Christ is God in human form and was born of a virgin, was sinless and grew as human just like we all do, and then chose death on the cross to save me/us from our sins and eternal damnation to hell. you may not believe any of this, and that's ok. at least you have read the truth and what you do with it is up to you.
a little bit about salvation. if you believe and accept Christ as your savior, that's salvation. salvation equals transformation. if you accept Christ as your savior and you continue living in sin and accepting that as the normal thing to do, then you're not saved. salvation equals transformation. if you're still living your homosexual lifestyle and encouraging others to do the same and proud of the fact that you are living that way, then it's fair to say that you are not a Christian and you know nothing of Christ. salvation equals transformation. this is something that people choose to believe. it makes no matter if you choose to believe it or not, it's the truth. and that's why the devil and those following the devil wants to fight it so hard. the devil doesn't fight with anything that is a lie, he doesn't have to. he fights hard against truth!!!!
I know people and some of those people are my friends, who are living in a homosexual lifestyle and they call themselves Christians. they are self decieved. I would love for someone to show me in the Bible, just one verse, that says that the homosexual lifestyle is approved by God. it's not. it's the devils deception, the devils lie. it breaks my heart that they are so deeply in sin that they can't hear truth.
go to Genesis and read up on Sodom and Gomorrah. that place was wiped from the face of the map based on the perversion of the people in those cities. the men wanted to rape the Angels that came to the city!!!!! how sick is that. the men came to Lot's house and was demanding the Angels. Lot offered his 2 daughters to the men to do as they please. they didn't want the women, they wanted the Angels. even after the God struck the men blind, they were still groping around in the darkness trying to find the Angels to rape them!!!!!! just as we grope around in spiritual darkness today, looking for anything base that we can get out hands on.
I've heard some say that God destroyed the cities because of lack of hospitality. it had nothing to do with lack of hospitality and everything to do with the evil wickedness of homosexuality. those men had not only physical blindness, but they had spiritual blindness!!!
look in the first chapter of Romans and read down into that chapter. you'll see where God has turned people over to their "reprobate" minds. what does that mean? it means morally depraved; unprincipled; bad; evil wicked. it means that the person has lost the logic and morality of a persons ability to reason. a reprobate mind is given over to the irrational pursuits of sin that are destructive to their soul, body and the people around them. they are so hardened that they feel no remorse and see no wrong in their actions and their conscience is so seared that they see no problem with their evil and wicked acts. there is also a "debased" mind. and that mind does not have the capacity or ability to hold on to knowledge about God. their mind is full of evil and wickedness.
people that God has turned over to their reprobate minds supress the truth with wickedness, willfully reject God, redirect worship, have no limits or restrictions on bad behavior, and they demonstrate no desire to change. I'm sure if you're honest with yourself, you've seen this mindset in a lot of people you know that continue to claim to be Christians all the while living and promoting a homosexual lifestyle.
there are many sins in the bible that separates us from God. homosexual lifestyle being one of those sins. it's the fight of the day. the fight to legalize same sex marriages. the people that are on this band wagon are on the fast track to hell and the devil has you blinded so you can't see it. when we take an institution that God has designed from the very beginning and change it because we want to live in sin, that is about as base and reprobate as it gets. there's a lot of people that will have answering to do on judgement day. to tear down society and the structure of the "God designed" family unit is about as evil and wicked as it gets. and then teaching it in school, thats a whole other level of low that will be dealt with. what is so disgusting is that there is no shame in evil and wickedness anymore. society promotes it and parades it right down main street.
when we've heard and believed the lies long enough, we get what scripture calls is a "seared conscience". the one with a seared conscience does not have the mind or the capability to think correctly. it's like their minds are scarred with lies and false teachers are continuing to spread lies. the false teachers that are in the churches are intentionally leading people who claim to be Christains astray. that's their main goal in life, to take as many people to hell with them as they can.
Jesus Christ is the ONLY way to overcome the reprobate mind!!!! lets face it, before I became a Christian, I had a reprobate mind. but God chose for me to hear the Word of God and I heard it and accepted it and in that salvation came a full transformation. everything changed. my thought process changed. my friends changed. the way I dressed changed. everything changed!!!!!
how can we break free of the sin in our lives?
submit to God, thru the shed blood of Christ. submission to God is the only way we'll ever be free of sin.
resist the devil and he will flee. when you're tempted to sin, turn it over to God.
replace the desire to sin with the desire to draw close to God. when you're tempted to sin, get your Bible and read, read read.
clean yourself up. yes you have some responsibility in cleaning yourself up. what do you wear that's not becoming a Christian? where do you go that you shouldn't go, stop going there. who do you hang out with that you shouldn't, get new friends. read the bible and learn about the holiness of God.
grieve over the sins that you commit. if you're still doing the same stuff as before and you feel no remorse, something is wrong.
humble yourself before God. scripture says pride goes before a fool. fools are not humble. fools will not humble themselves before God. humility is something that a devil worshiper does not have.
these are some scriptures to look up talking about reprobation. Jeremiah 6:30; Romans 1:20-28; 2 Corinthians 13:5-6; Proverbs 1:23-33; John12:37-41; Hebrews 6:4-8. this is some good reading to get you started.
the only thing that can undo a reprobate mind is the Gospel of Jesus Christ!!!
that is WHY Christmas is so special!! that's why we celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior!!!! that is why we needed a Savior!!!! Emmanuel means "God is with us". God is with us because He allowed Himself to be born of a virgin, a helpless baby, to live in the same world that you and I live in. our Emmanuel was killed by the religious leaders of His day. make no mistake, that was God's plan of salvation for us. but the religious leaders of that day were wicked and evil and didn't want their lies and hyprocisy exposed. same as today.
just know that you have a way out from the bonds of sin and shame, if you want to be free from it. that freedom comes ONLY from the Gospel of Jesus Christ!!!! if you desire a change, salvation equals transformation, then Christ is the change you're looking for.
I hope as we go thru this Nativity Season that we can all see the sin in our lives and realize that we can't do anything about it, but Jesus can!!!!!!!! He is the ONLY One that can!!!!!!!
so there you have it, some of what's been swirling around in my brain. I'll not ever lie to you. I just won't do that. but, this is not my opinions either, this is scripture. and I challenge you to read for yourself and see exactly what all this is. God will always help a seeker. He never turns anyone away anyone who is truly seeking Him and truth. He will help you see His truth if you desire to see it. God never hides Himself from someone wanting to know Him. I pray that during this Nativity Season that you will have a true desire to find our Lord and Savior.
