good morning y'all. yesterday started out pretty dark and dreary and cleared up and then ended dark and dreary. just before dark a storm rolled thru and dropped a ton of hail and a ton of rain. the temps quickly went from 75 down to 53 and continued to drop. we got over an inch and a half in just under an hour. there was lots of flash flooding. it was kinda scary for a little while. I was just hoping the storms wouldn't go on into the night. I don't know what the day holds for us today, but I just know the best plan is to keep God first place in our lives and enjoy the day.

we'll do another "2 minutes in the kitchen with me". so we ran of the stuffing that I had made for fish the other day. so I got out all the ingredients and made another batch. this is made with my dehydrated bell peppers and dehydrated minced garlic and dehydrated minced onion. and, some of the dressing mix was from some of my bread too.
I got enough for 3 meals apiece from this batch. when I get recipe tweaked like I want it, I'll share it. I think this will be a great batch. I put in a few drops of toasted sesame oil and it's a wonderful addition. this is really good stuff baked on fish. actually, I don't bake it, I air fry it and wowzers it's good.

picking up in 2 Kings Chapter 3, we see a lot of the miracles that were performed by Elisha. he truly was a man of God. an abundance of oil, bringing a son back to life, healing a man of leprosy, a floating axe head, seeing horses and chariots of fire, and a dead Jezebel just as Elijah had prophesied earlier. the rest of Ahab's remaining descendants were killed in accordance to with what the Lord had spoken to Elijah. the elimination of baal and baal worshipers. more evil kings who done evil in the sight of the Lord. I loved reading about all the miracles that God performed thru Elisha. the double portion of Elijah's spirit was blessing for sure. it still amazes me how people could clearly see the Lord these miracles and still not believe Him enough to stop worshiping a false god. but people still worship false gods today in the form of praying to mother mary and putting sports figures and other people, like actors apers mimickers, and even politicians, that think they have status, on pedestals. we would do well to worship God and only Him, thru the shed blood of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
